Douglas
Motorsports Park is an NHRA Div. 5 Member track that was formed in 2003 as a semi-non profit organization to continue
the tradition of drag racing in Douglas Wyoming since 1985. The organization is run by a volunteer board of directors
made up of racers, supporters and local business leaders.
The track normally operates races every other weekend on
both Saturday and Sunday from May through September. See the 2008 Race Schedule page for details. Regularly contested classes include Super Pro, Pro ET, Street Class, High School, and
Jr. Dragster. Specialty classes are run at selected events throughout the year such as Super Pro Quick 16, King Street,
Ultimate Street, American Grafitti Stick Shift, Flat Headers and Inlines, and Super Bike.
