FOOTBRAKE FANTASIA

$5000 total purse. $2300 to WIN Plus $200 bonus if you still have your buyback ticket! Payouts thru quarter finals, plus bonus if you still have your buyback ticket! 70 car field required for full payout.

DOUBLE Elimination, one buyback (included in $100 entry fee) per racer. Must be used in next round after elimination. NO BUYBACKS into quarter finals or beyond!

Must be foot operated brake for launch! No hand brakes (except Motorcycles), linelocks (Stickshift cars allowed 1 two-wheel linelock for staging only), or transbrake use allowed for launch. Any observed violation by track personnel will result in disqualification.

No throttle stops, stutter boxes, 2 steps, or button releases for launch (any observed violation by track personnel will result in disqualification.)

Full .500 sportsman tree, dial-in bracket racing, no cross talk, deep staging is allowed, no down track engine or speed control devices allowed.

No ET restrictions, vehicle must meet NHRA requirements for ET and SPEED. ALL racers will wear an approved helmet! NO passengers!

All rounds up to quarter finals will be random pairings determined by UNO deck across all staging lanes.

Gates will open early on May 29 for registration and Tech inspection. Gates will open at 6:30AM May 30. The first of 2 time trials starts promptly at 8:45AM. If the race is not completed by 6:50PM it will be concluded starting in the morning May 31.

Only 1 pit space per racer! It will get very crowded, good sportsmanship is expected.

NO High School students allowed in competition. No Junior Dragsters. Sorry!

ELECTRONICS ECSTASY

ANY NHRA APPROVED ELECTRONIC GIZMO ALLOWED.

* All classes are handicapped, 0.500 full tree, dial-your-own eliminations. Breakout rules apply.
* Non-compliance of rules will follow the consequences per the 2009 NHRA Jr. Drag Racing League Rulebook.
* One “Pull Back” per run allowed only.
* Class is qualifed by reaction time in time trials and laddered for round one. Sportsman ladder.

PIT VEHICLES

NO razor scooters, skateboards, skates, rollerblades

MUST be 16 to drive a motorized vehicle, violators may be disqualified from competition.

 

RAINOUT POLICY-PARTICIPANT

- NO REFUNDS

- If rain or other occurrence halts racing ANY time before the completion of the first round of eliminations for your class, racers will receive 50% credit of entry fee and there will be no payout.

- If rain or other occurrence halts racing after the first round of eliminations for your class, points will be awarded to that point in the race. Payout will be divided among the remaining racers and no entry fee credit will be issued. In trophy-only classes, trophies will be divided if racing ends in a trophy round.

- If rain or other occurrence halts racing during a round of your class's eliminations, applicable payouts and entry fee credits will be issued as if that class's round had not started.

- At specialty events, if over 50% of the days activities are completed, the event will be considered completed and no credit will be given.

RAINOUT POLICY-SPECTATOR

- NO REFUNDS

- If weather or other occurrence halts races prior to the completion of first round of eliminations, purchased tickets may be redeemed for an amount up to their purchase value up to one year after date of purchase.

- If weather or other occurrence halts races after the completion of first round of eliminations, the race will be considered complete and tickets are not valid.

- At specialty events, if over 50% of the days activities are completed, the event will be considered completed and no credit will be given.
